This
presentation is designed as a sample that you can use to create a similar
presentation for your organization. This presentation should be given to end
users as part of their new employee orientation training. The frequency with
which you give such presentations will depend on how large your organization
is and how frequently they hire new employees.
Throughout the
presentation the Notes section of each slide will provide insight as to why
we’ve included that particular slide and offer handy tips you can use when
giving your own presentation. At a regular pace, plan on talking for two to
three minutes per slide. Be prepared to take longer, however, because virus
discussions sometimes spawn a great deal of conversation.
